As per IS: 1199. The Flow Table is designed for determining the flow of port-land cement concrete. The Flow Table top is 76.2cm (30 inch) diameter, finely machined Steel. The Integral cast ribs are designed for support and strength. The stand is fabricated out of cast iron and is of sturdy construction. Holes for mounting on foundations are drilled in the base plate. The ground has hardened steel cam is designed to drop the table by 12.5mm.

A Flow Mould with handles, 12cm height having 17cm top internal diameter and 25cm base diameter and a taping bar 16mm diameter X 60mm long are also provided.

Aggregate Impact Tester it is for determination the aggregate impact value and has been designed in accordance with BIS – 9377 – 1979. The sturdy construction consists of a base and support columns to form a rigid frame work around the quick release trigger mechanism to ensure an effective free fall of the hammer during test. The free fall can be adjusted through 380 + 5mm. The hammer is provided with a locking arrangement. The apparatus is supplied complete with cylindrical cup. Metal measure 75mm x 50mm deep and tamping rod.

This apparatus is used for determination of the strain and deformation characteristics of cement concrete cylindrical specimens of 150mm x 300m long. The compressometer consist of two frame for clamping to the specimen by means of five tightening screws with a hardened and tapered end. Two spacers hold the two frames in position. A pivot rod is adjustable. A dial gauge, fixed to a bracket to the top frame is used for taking deformation measurement. Complete with dial gauge 0.01 x 12mm in a wooden carrying case.

As per IS-10510-1983 Consists of a vibrator table resting upon elastic supports, metal post, sheet metal cone open at both ends, and a standard iron rod. The table is equipped with an electrically operated vibrometer mounted under it by an electric motor, both double ended shaft working on 220 volts, single phase A.C. supply. The steel cone is 30 mm high, with dial at the bottom 20cm and at top 10cm. A swivel arm holder is fixed to the base, into which is telescoped another swivel arm with funnel and guide sleeve. A graduated rod is fixed on to the swivel arm and at the end of the graduated arm a transparent disc is screwed. The division of the scale on the rod records the slump of the concrete cone, and the volume of concrete cone after vibration of the cone in the pot. Complete with electrical accessories.

The Slump cone is filled with freshly mixed concrete and is tamped with a tamping bar in three or four layers. The top of the concrete is leveled off with the top of the slump cone, the cone is lifted vertically up and the slump of the sample is immediately measured. Conforming to BIS 7320. This apparatus used for the determination of workability of concrete where nominal size of aggregate does not exceed 38mm. The apparatus comprises of a slump cone with foot pieces fitted on a base with wing bolts. A Swivel carrying handle fitted with the base also serves as a datem for measuring the slump, when moved in to vertical position perpendicular to the base. A graduated tamping rod is used both for compacting the specimen as well as measuring the slump of concrete.

For the determination of breaking load of clay roofing tiles. The equipment consists of two bearing rollers and one loading roller all 40mm dia. The centre of bearing rollers can be set at 250mm or 270mm. The loading is done through a double lever loading system by means of a steady flow of lead shot from a container into the receiver hung on the lever system.The lead shot flow stops automatically when the specimen fails. The lead shot can be weighed and the load taken by the tile calculated by multiplying by the lever ratio is i.e. 12.

Used to cast cylindrical cement concrete specimens for compressive strength tests. These moulds are made of cast iron. They can be easily split into two parts. The internal diameter is finished to ± 0.2mm and height within ± 1mm. Supplied complete with a base plate machined flat within ± 0.02mm

BIS- 1203, BIS: 310 (Part II ). For testing variety of materials such as grease, bitumen, tawax, polish, food stuffs, food rubber, asphalt and pharmaceutical creams. By applying a given force Over a given period of time depression is made in the sample which may be measured in tenths of a millimeter and expressed as a penetration number. Consists of a head support, mounted on a vertical rod which can be adjusted for height. A rack and pinion and pointer provides fine adjustment of needle or cone tip to sample and incorporates a slipping clutch meachanism which makes reading of penetration and subsequent resetting a simple and accurate operation. The dia is graduated from 0-400 in one tenth millimeter subdivision. Complete with plunger and weight of 54 gms, with one needle.
